What is hotkeys.exe
The file hotkeys.exe, known as Qliner Hotkeys, belongs to software Qliner Hotkeys by Qliner. Qliner Hotkeys is free and open-source keyboard productivity solution. It provides users with convenient shortcut keys to easily access programs and enhance productivity. Qliner Hotkeys are not ordinary hotkeys, but are combination hotkeys that can be configured by the user. If the user forgets the configured combination for a hotkey, holding the Windows key for three seconds will generate a popup screen that shows a screen Keyboard with icons on the keys that are configured. The Qliner Hotkey feature does not only serve as a reminder but is also used as a drag and drop tool for configuration that enables the user to drag the icons on the keyboard to a different key or drag new items into the keyboard. The customizable keyboard allows the user to change the color and layout to make it match the actual physical keyboard. Qliner Hotkey supports 100 international keyboard layouts and the Dvorak layout.
