The hhukcert.exe file is a process used by a software created by Beijing Huahong Integrated Circuit Design Co. The program uses a visible window. This process runs when you boot Windows. The registry key for this process is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. Automatic startup locations for the process include the local machine for autorun registry entries and running processes. It is not a system process. This process file has a digital signature from Beijing Huaong Itnegrated Circuit Design Co., Ltd. with certificate issued by Comodo Time Stamping Signer or by VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer – G2. The developer specializes in manufacturing photovoltaic devices. Its main products include electric circuits and LED clock circuits. It supplies information security products, smart cards and system solutions in China. These products have been used for social security, banks, telecom, education, E-government and public traffic sectors even outside China.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hhukcert.exe. is used by hhukcert.exe, If you shut down hhukcert.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hhukcert.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is hhukcert.exe, from your system.
