It is a 32/64- bit executable and it does not need any direct user interface. It is from the company of Microsoft Corporation and is digitally signed from Microsoft Windows. The driver can be started and stopped from the Services within the Control Panel or using other programs. The process is not visible. The process has no detailed description and the file is not a Windows core file; it is a Microsoft signed file.
