What is  hcenter.exe

The hcenter.exe file is the process called Help Center that is used by the application BellSouth FastAccess DSL created by BellSouth under AT&T Intellectual Property. It is not a system process. It is not a core file for Windows that means the operating system can run without requiring this process. This program uses a visible window. The program runs when you load Windows. It uses the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run . The hcenter.exe process can monitor programs. BellSouth FastAccess DSL provides DSL connection for home users, for small businesses and for the enterprise. BellSouth.com provides online features that are compatible only with newer browsers. AT&T is a provider of wireless and wired broadband services. FastAccess DSL offers Internet connection with fast speed for home and mobile. It lets you surf and talk simultaneously by adding Internet to AT&T home phone service. You may also have Internet service without phone line connection.
