The hbdokman.dll file is the process called HbDokMan that is used by the application T-Online created by fun communications GmbH. A DLL [dynamic link library] file is an application that has functions that other programs can use. It can inject itself into other running process to control or alter their behavior. It is not a visible program. It is not a system process. it has a mechanism for shared code and data that allows a developer to improve functions of a program without the need to re-link or recompile. It is easy to arrange and install. All programs using a particular DLL share its code in order to occupy a single space in the physical memory. The DLL data usually remains private that means every process has its own copy of the data. T-Online is a business unit under Deutsche Telekom that provides Internet service in Germany.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. hbdokman.dll. is used by T-Online, If you shut down hbdokman.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop hbdokman.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is T-Online, from your system.
