What is  grdmgr.exe

The grdmgr.exe process is a part of the application GRDMgr. This process does not have a visible window. It is not a core file for Windows. It is not a system process. It sends or receives data to and from the Internet through open ports. This process can record inputs. The grdmgr.exe file is an Internet browser add-on for Internet Explorer. An add-on generally pertains to a process or application that improves another application. Add-ons include plug-ins and extensions. A plug-in is a component of an application that adds a certain feature to an existing program. An application allows customization when it supports plug-ins.
