The process googleupdatebeta.exe is flagged as a malware by most users and recognized as a trojan horse by several antivirus software. According to some reports the process allows the computer to connect to several IP addresses when there is an Internet connection established. Some of these IP addresses are ***veR-1.rUpOrnO.tV:48129, ***veR-1.rUpOrnO.tV:16415, and ***veR-7.RuporNO.Tv:16415. Also, the process is known to modify the following system registry keys: [HKCU\Software\Google\Google Updater] "value" = "4.033" and [HKCU\Software\Google\Google Updater] "GUID" = "aff6f2d4-b283-4e79-b6a7-e20ea4a0798a". More specifically, the process is registered as a specific type of Trojan Downloaders. These type of malwares allows the access of the computer to a remote server where it can download other malwares, such as other Trojans and AdWares, into the system. Once the malware has invaded the system, it will launch silently as a background program upon computer’s startup. The process googleupdatebeta.exe is a malware that poses a serious threat to the user’s privacy.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. googleupdatebeta.exe. is used by TROJ_GEN.R29C2EH and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.dshu, If you shut down googleupdatebeta.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop googleupdatebeta.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is TROJ_GEN.R29C2EH and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Agent.dshu, from your system.
