What is  google.dll

The google.dll file has been reported by many users as an executable process of an adware program that is disguised as a legitimate DLL (Dynamic Link Library) module. Also known as Adware.W32.Cinmus, the google.dll file displays pop-up ads using the default Web browser of the infected computer, gathers Internet browsing data from the default Web browser and transmits the pieces of data that the google.dll has collected to predesignated Web servers, as claimed by many users. Some reports stated that a few variants of the google.dll file has been observed as the Trojan.Dropper program, which is a malicious application that is integrated with Trojan-like capabilities.

How can I stop google.dll and should I?

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. google.dll. is used by Adware.W32.Cinmus or Trojan.Dropper, If you shut down google.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
