What is gm4ie.exe
The file gm4ie.exe, known as gm4ie MFC application, belongs to software gm4ie application. The process gm4ie application relates to the SocialPlus! Module, which is a browser extension that integrates with Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. The browser extension adds functionalities to the social networking site Facebook, and enables the user to customize the Facebook profile, like adding colors, skins and smileys. SocialPlus! allows the user to format the text in Facebook wall updates by using bold, italics, underline, and color. Other options, settings, and improvements added by SocialPlus! include a draggable chat window, the ability to preview photos just by hovering the mouse on them, and a large collection of skins. It allows the user to rate friends' updates with stars or even mark them with an 'I don't like' button. SocialPlus! options are easily configurable through a new menu that installs on the top right corner of the Facebook homepage. The features that are added to Facebook are visible only to other SocialPlus! users.
