It does not require the user to share files with other members, and allows the file-sharing option feature to be disabled. The site contains over 12 billion movies, games, and music files online, with most music files available in the unprotected MP3 format. The site offers advanced simultaneous downloading from multiple sources so that the files are downloaded at high speed. Files available for download include WAVs, MP3 music files, music videos, MP3s, full-length quality DVD movies, games, software, ebooks, CD and DVD covers, Windows themes, and many more.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. giftl.exe. is used by My Kazaa Gold, If you shut down giftl.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
