The application can conduct a complete performance test that evaluates the computer hardware and compares it with other systems.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ghoststarttrayapp.exe. is used by Norton SystemWorks, If you shut down ghoststarttrayapp.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
