The developer of this application is Gsi Egypt, which is a well-established software programming and solution-developing corporation with headquarters in Port Said, Egypt. The installer and the setup wizard for the application show shocked children viewing a computer screen. The application was designed to control computers and Internet in order to prevent adults from watching inappropriate contents. The application can be hidden from the users of the computer, and it cannot be uninstalled except from inside the software. The application has a pre-installed default password (admin), and the user interface is accessed by pressing the F10 key (pressing the F9 key will hide the interface). The program has a built-in list of restricted words for adult content, but the user has the option to remove or add words, including restricted Web sites and restricted programs. The application allows the user to program time restrictions, disabling and enabling access on schedule.
