The file ftusbsrv.exe, known as USB over Network Server service, belongs to software Fabula Tech, Inc. USB over Network. USB over Network is a user-friendly application that enables the user to access USB devices over the LAN or the Internet. The program employs the Fabula Tech virtualization technology that fully emulates remote devices on the client side creating the exact copy of the shared hardware USB device. It allows the user to work with remote USB devices over a regular TCP/IP connection, and provides an easy and reliable way to share or get remote access to USB devices. The program requires the installation of the USB over Network Server and the USB over Network Client. The Server allows sharing of USB devices over the network, while the Client is recognized by the operating system as if the USB device is directly attached to it. The USB device can be shared with any computer that has USB over Network Client and the shared USB device can be connected to one computer concurrently.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ftusbsrv.exe. is used by USB over Network, If you shut down ftusbsrv.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ftusbsrv.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is USB over Network, from your system.
