The file fsvd.exe is a process from software Uninstall Magic Disk that relates to software Magic Utilities, which is utility software that cleans the computer and improves its stability. The utilities include Uninstaller Plus, Startup Organizer, Process Killer, Disk Cleaner, File Shredder, and File protector. It provides a user friendly interface that allows the user to list and uninstall programs that are not necessary for the computing activities, and supports drag and drop in moving files for analysis. Magic Utilities has an icon on the desktop and dropping a file on this icon automatically launches an analysis of the files. Analysis enables the detection of bad entries left behind in the registry and portions of programs that have been left from incomplete uninstall actions. These bad entries, including temporary and unnecessary files are cleaned up using the uninstaller and disk cleaner. Magic Utilities also enable the user to view, edit, add and delete entries to the startup configuration and take full control of all uninstall program information.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fsvd.exe. is used by Magic Utilities, If you shut down fsvd.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop fsvd.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Magic Utilities, from your system.
