What is  fserv.exe

The fserv.exe file is a process that is part of the application Farsighter created by Sureshot. Farsighter is a surveillance software that is made up of two components, the client and the server. It installs the client on the viewer’s computer while it installs the server on the computer subject to monitoring. The fserv.exe process allows the client to establish connection with the server [remote computer] and receive video of all activities in real time. The client gets a full view of the user activities on the monitored computer. The server sends the video to the client during connection. The fserv.exe process enables the server to invisibly run in the background of the target computer. It does not require a video hook driver for video streaming. Parents who want to supervise their children can take advantage of this process. This process also supports demonstrating programs from remote areas. It also enables monitoring multi-user computers.
