F-Secure Anti-Virus Internet Shield Daemon, or F-Secure Internet Shield Daemon, is the service name of the process fsdfwd.exe, a type of an executable (EXE) file, and a part of the program F-Secure Anti-Virus Internet Shield, also F-Secure Internet Shield, or F-Secure Anti-Virus Firewall Daemon, which is developed by F-Secure. This file runs in the background, once it is successfully added onto the computer, stored on a folder location, and registered into a Windows registry. It is only processed when the software, which is F-Secure Anti-Virus Internet Shield, also F-Secure Internet Shield, that houses it is installed on the computer system. Once installed, F-Secure Anti-Virus Internet Shield, also F-Secure Internet Shield should be working, so to keep it functional on the system, fsdfwd.exe is a process that needs to remain stored and continuously running in the background. Like other modules, fsdfwd.exe is able to execute other files bundled within the program, and works with most versions of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems by Microsoft Corporation.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fsdfwd.exe. is used by F-Secure Anti-Virus Internet Shield or F-Secure Internet Shield or F-Secure Anti-Virus Firewall Daemon, If you shut down fsdfwd.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop fsdfwd.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is F-Secure Anti-Virus Internet Shield or F-Secure Internet Shield or F-Secure Anti-Virus Firewall Daemon, from your system.
