The fscp.exe file is the process fscp.exe. This program loads when you run Windows. The registry key for this process is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. The fscp.exe file is not a core file for Windows that means the operating system can run without needing this process. It is a non-system process that originates from the software installed in the system. It records inputs. This process file has a digital signature from Microsoft Windows Hardware Compatibility Publisher with certificate issued by VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer. This program is not visible. The fscp.exe process automatically runs on all users startup startmenu, running processes or on the local machine of autorun registry entries.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fscp.exe. is used by fscp.exe, If you shut down fscp.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop fscp.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is fscp.exe, from your system.
