The fplaunch.dll file is the process called FlpLaunch Module that is used by the application FlipAlbum created by E-Book Systems, Inc. FlipAlbum is an application that offers a unique way of presenting digital pictures. A DLL or dynamic link library file has a mechanism for shared codes and data that can be applied to various applications at the same time. It can be reused or organized into a module to save memory and disk space. This DLL file is a BHO [browser helper object] that automatically starts when you load the Internet browser. It is an Internet Explorer plug-in that provides features of FlipAlbum.
