What is  flash.exe

The executable file flash.exe is related to the software application that enables users to create Flash files. This file type is applicable only to Windows Operating Systems. The flash.exe file executes the Flash application that is installed on the computer. This runs as a background process, but it is up to the users if they want to start the file upon system boot or enable it only when they have a need for the applications that the file launches. Default folder of the file is C:\Program Files. It has two known file sizes, 19.801 KB and 24.860 KB. The file uses Microsoft’s HTML Help Workshop to create Flash files. Users have not reported the file as an executable that injects viruses into computer systems. Adobe Flash applications include processes that can convert Flash files into executables that can run even without a Flash Player installed on the computer or even without an Internet connection. The converted Flash file is known as a flash projector.
