The location of this process file is in the C:\Program Files subfolder. Known sizes for this file include 143,360 bytes, 139,264 bytes and 185,280 bytes with 50% occurrence. There is no visible window for this program. The fetd.exe process sends or receives data to and from the Internet or LAN through open ports. It is not a core file for Windows. The process can monitor applications and hide itself. FET-Daemon version 1.73.0.0 with file size of 163,728 bytes has an MD5 algorithm fingerprint of 063cf03b1075f5c4cc6a33141eea0471, SHA1 of 55f52bf869dbacacbed3d29ae25442d69924f8bd and SHA256 of 403e3183db1c4923caa7830b62fd1316035a8d6889075c6026bb6b549110d933. Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. fetd.exe. is used by FET/X, If you shut down fetd.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop fetd.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is FET/X, from your system.
