The file exchangemaster.exe relates to the software known as WareOut, which is malware masquerading as a spyware and dialer remover. The rogue anti-spyware presents as a program that will scan and remove spyware from the computer. WareOut is created by Coteco LLC and has been distributed by non-consensual installations through security exploits. It puts entries into the Windows registry that it reports as spyware and often flags normal applications as spyware to trick users into paying for the program. After making a free scan and reporting the presence of malware that it has dropped, WareOut requests payment from the user for the removal of the supposed malwares that were found in the system. This software employs deception and unethical means that show a history of negligent false positives to urge the end user to make a purchase. This software is also suspected to be a front for a CoolWebSearch affiliate that is listed as unsolicited software because it is loaded without consent using browser security holes.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. exchangemaster.exe. is used by WareOut, If you shut down exchangemaster.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop exchangemaster.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is WareOut, from your system.
