Developed by Fujitsu-Siemens Fujitsu-Siemens, EULALauncher.exe is a driver file that opens the licensor-purchaser agreement pre-installed in certain models of Fujitsu computers. The file’s content establishes the right of the purchaser to use the software. The file can be opened from the Start menu by typing “%SystemDrive%\APPS\PB_TB\EULALauncher.exe” (without quotes) to the Run field and pressing Enter. In the license is defined the ways that the copy can be rightfully used, together with the end-user’s rights freedom to utilize, make archives and backups, and resell. Like many form contracts, the agreement is in digital form which can only be presented as a click-through to a user and likewise clicked “Accept” since the contract cannot be opened and read prior to purchasing the software.
