The file esiregister.exe, known as Executive software, belongs to software Diskeeper Professional from Leader Technologies/ Diskeeper Corporation. This software maintains the PC and keeps it running at maximum speed by eliminating fragmentation-related problems before they occur. By maintaining the PC and preventing disk fragmentation, Diskeeper Professional increases application performance, speeds up boot times, and keeps the PC more reliable and running faster. It runs in the background and utilizes the Defrag Engine, which defragments files immediately when file fragmentation is detected. The program has a Quick Launch Pane in the toolbar that guides the user and provides a program overview, FAQ and help tabs. When set in the Efficient Mode, Diskeeper Professional determines which files, free space and folders to defrag in order to maintain the PC optimized for peak performance and efficiency. Users of this program also benefit from reduced PC delays, faster file access, consolidated free space, and extended hard drive life.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. esiregister.exe. is used by Diskeeper Professional, If you shut down esiregister.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop esiregister.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Diskeeper Professional, from your system.
