What is emagent.exe
The emagent.exe process is a type of running program and an executable file, but this is associated with Oracle Enterprise Manager, which is developed by Oracle Corporation. Also known as OEM or EM, Oracle Enterprise Manager is a program that implements its primary functions through intelligent agents called Oracle Management Agents. These agents are considered to be autonomous proxy processes running on a managed node, as well as monitor and execute tasks for the Oracle Enterprise Manager. Loading the OEM happens by means of communication through the Hypertext Transfer Protocol, or more commonly known as HTTP, sometimes HTTPS. As part of the component core, emagent.exe serves as a launching file that enables the program. Thus, the file emagent.exe has an important role in executing the primary function of Oracle Enterprise Manager. Besides, the program is not going to properly work without the modules bundled with it, which include the emagent.exe file.
