The process dcschdler.exe belongs to software DriveClone Pro by NovaStor. DriveClone Pro (renamed TotalRecovery Pro) is a backup and recovery solution that integrates system snapshot, complete system backup, file backup, drive cloning and incremental backup. It enables users to create a clone drive that can be used for data migration and backup purposes. In addition to cloning, DriveClone Pro has a system snapshot feature that allows users to undo any unwanted operation such as virus infection, a failed Windows update, or human error and recover the system to the previous working state. Users can backup files and folders and restore these when needed. Other features include integrated CD/DVD burning, mounting of virtual backup disk, bootable rescue disk, and the capability to backup Oracle, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Share Point Server in real time. It utilizes a centralized management console that allows system administrators to manage multiple computers simultaneously, and a pre and post command feature that enable or disable programs remotely.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dcschdler.exe. is used by DriveClone Pro, If you shut down dcschdler.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop dcschdler.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is DriveClone Pro, from your system.
