When the program is launched in the network, the user is empowered to manage client devices remotely in real time, while users continue to work without disruption. It features an intuitive user interface that provides the user with numerous tools to manage, control, and gather information from remote computers, including detailed real-time performance and capacity status of client devices. The program capabilities include stopping and starting services, access to the command prompt, detailed service and process information, point to point file transfers, support for agent chat, event logs, and registry and local disk manipulation. It minimizes the need for visits to customer sites and improves customer service by providing fast and non-intrusive technical remote assistance.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. dainit.dll. is used by Remote Support Manager, If you shut down dainit.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
