This means the ctbr.dll module is a component file of the Crawler Toolbar software, which is a Windows program distributed as a BHO (Browser Helper Object) application or Web browser plugin with a set of features that can allow users to do simultaneous keyword/keyphrase searches in multiple Internet search engines like Google and Bing among others. The Crawler Toolbar is also embedded with compatibility support for widely used versions of Internet Explorer and the Mozilla Firefox Web browser, and is integrated with user privacy functionalities and data security protocols that can help protect the user's confidential Internet surfing information and other Web-related details.
