The csrss_tc.exe process is an executable component file of the Security Curator software, which is a Windows program classified as a network monitoring and time tracking tool that was developed by AtomPark Software, Inc. with a set of features for recording the Internet activity of client users, tracking time-based project development tasks and for logging these details in reports that can be used by network and system administrators to improve data security protocols, project-based processes, Internet access configurations and user group policies of client computers that are connected to the network. The csrss_tc.exe process is specifically deployed into Windows-based client systems by the Security Curator software as the executable program file of the Time Control application, which is a small built-in program that handles and aids in the implementation of time tracking and logging functionalities embedded in the Security Curator software. The csrss_tc.exe file is placed in the client systems of the network upon the installation, configuration and deployment of the Security Curator software across server and client computers that are connected to the same local and remote network.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. csrss_tc.exe. is used by AtomPark Software Security Curator and Security Curator Time Control Application, If you shut down csrss_tc.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop csrss_tc.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is AtomPark Software Security Curator and Security Curator Time Control Application, from your system.
