A lot of users reported that their system security tools flag the cnscheck001.dll file as a malicious program associated with the {9A0CFC58-5A6F-41ba-9FFE-4320F4F621BA} process, which is a component of the Troj/LegMir-AHT application. This means these users claim that their anti-malware applications classify the cnscheck001.dll file as a component of a Trojan that has been reported to infect unprotected Windows-based systems with outdated Web browsers and unencrypted TCP/IP network ports. Some of these users also state that the cnscheck001.dll file is embedded with spyware functionalities for stealing passwords and secretly gathering private user details and Internet surfing information from the infected system and its default Web browser. Upon exploiting the unencrypted TCP/IP network ports and outdated Web browsers that the cnscheck001.dll file is said to look for in the infected system right after its initialization during system startup and while it is operating as a hidden background process during system runtime, these users claim that the cnscheck001.dll file uses these system vulnerabilities to establish data transmission and communication lines with predesignated remote servers, in order to transmit the data it has covertly collected from the infected system and its outdated Web browsers to these remote servers, and to download more malicious applications unto the system. These remote servers are also said to be operated and managed by the authors of the cnscheck001.dll file, which is why some users state that the cnscheck001.dll file can also be used by its authors to gain access to the other resources of the infected Windows-based computer.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cnscheck001.dll. is used by Troj/LegMir-AHT and {9A0CFC58-5A6F-41ba-9FFE-4320F4F621BA}, If you shut down cnscheck001.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cnscheck001.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Troj/LegMir-AHT and {9A0CFC58-5A6F-41ba-9FFE-4320F4F621BA}, from your system.
