The cndr32a.dll file has been reported by many users as a malicious program associated with the Win32/Delflob.I program, which is a family of Trojan applications known to infect unprotected Windows-based systems with unencrypted TCP/IP network ports. These users claim that the cndr32a.dll file is capable of exploiting these unencrypted TCP/IP network ports, especially in unprotected Windows-based computers, in order to contact the remote servers of its authors and download more malicious programs unto the system from these predesignated remote servers. Other user reports state that the cndr32a.dll file is associated with a variant of the Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Peregar.v program and the Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Peregar.ag application, which are also families of Trojans reported to infect unprotected Windows-based computers. These users also claim that the cndr32a.dll file is capable of exploiting unencrypted TCP/IP network ports for the purpose of downloading more malicious applications unto the infected system from the authors of the cndr32a.dll malware.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cndr32a.dll. is used by Win32/Delflob.I Trojan and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Peregar.v and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Peregar.ag, If you shut down cndr32a.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cndr32a.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Win32/Delflob.I Trojan and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Peregar.v and Trojan-Downloader.Win32.Peregar.ag, from your system.
