The cmdbcs.dll file has been reported by many users as a malicious program classified by their system security tools as a variant of the Trojan.Win32.LipGame.cd application, which is a family of Trojans known to infect unprotected Windows-based computers. Other users claim that their anti-malware tools flag the cmdbcs.dll file as a component of the Infostealer.Gampass program, which is a family of Trojans with spyware functionalities. As a Trojan, these users state that the cmdbcs.dll file is capable of exploiting the systems unencrypted TCP/IP network ports and outdated Web browsers, in order to initiate contact with predesignated remote servers and download more malicious programs unto the infected Windows-based computer. As a Trojan with spyware functionalities, some users reported that the cmdbcs.dll file is capable of secretly harvesting Internet surfing information and private user details from the infected system and its outdated Web browsers, and the cmdbcs.dll file then forwards these details to predesignated remote servers with the use of exploited unencrypted TCP/IP network ports and the outdated Web browsers of the system, and the cmdbcs.dll file is said to then wait for further directives from those remote servers upon processing the transmitted data.
