The clientrs.exe process is an executable file that is deployed into the system by the Micos client software, which is a Windows program classified as an ISP (Internet Service Provider) connection management and support access application that allows Micos subscribers to perform maintenance and configuration tasks on their Micos voice and data subscription plans and access support resources provided by Micos to their customers. The clientrs.exe process is specifically integrated into the system to assist the Micos client software in implementing its remote server and support resource access functionalities into the Windows-based client computer. The clientrs.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the Micros client program, which also means the clientrs.exe file is included as one of the EXE resource processes bundled with other component files and libraries that are packaged into the installer distributions of the Micos client software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. clientrs.exe. is used by Micos Client, If you shut down clientrs.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop clientrs.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Micos Client, from your system.
