The clientloader.exe process is an executable program file deployed into the system by the Entropia Universe client software, which is a Windows program that allows Entropia Universe players to easily log into their Entropia Universe accounts to access their account profiles and game resources. The Entropia Universe is an online MMO (Massively MultiPlayer) game with interplanetary systems in an enhanced 3-dimensional environment where a universal monetary system is enforced. The clientloader.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the Entropia Universe client software, which means users can unload the Entropia Universe client program unto the system, access its UI (User Interface) and implement its embedded set of functionalities for connecting to the online servers of the Entropia Universe online MMO game by activating the clientloader.exe file, which is placed in the system upon the installation of the Entropia Universe client application.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. clientloader.exe. is used by Entropia Universe Client, If you shut down clientloader.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop clientloader.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Entropia Universe Client, from your system.
