The clientinitiatedstarter.exe file is a Windows process called as Client Initiated Synchronization Starter as its service name, and a component of the program HTC Sync, which is developed by HTC or Teleca. HTC Sync is a type of data transfer and sync software, that is used to connect to the Windows computer, and allows a user to synchronize various menu options, which include Outlook contacts and calendar, or Outlook Express contacts, web browser bookmarks, videos, audios, documents, photos, and other files and third party applications. It enables a user to connect his or her HTC phone to Windows PC, so he or she can access different files for better viewing, sharing, printing, and others. Because of its primary functions, the clientinitiatedstarter.exe file is considered to be essential, and must be remain stored to continue running in the background.
