The cip-nt.exe process is an executable program file implemented into the system by the Caller IP software, which is a Windows program classified as a security and IP tracker tool that was developed by Visual Ware with a set of features for logging and tracking IP addresses of incoming requests and calls from local and remote computers in the network and from Web servers. The cip-nt.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the Caller IP software that wsas developed for Windows NT systems, which means users of computers running on Windows NT OS versions can execute the cip-nt.exe file in order to load the Caller IP software unto the system and implement its embedded set of IP monitoring and tracking functionalities. The cip-nt.exe file is placed in the ssystem upon the installation of the Caller IP software, and user reports claim that the cip-nt.exe process is sometimes left behind upon the successful uninstallation of the Caller IP program from the Windows-based system.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cip-nt.exe. is used by Visual Ware Caller IP, If you shut down cip-nt.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cip-nt.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Visual Ware Caller IP, from your system.
