An Executable file known as the Alcohol is the other name of the file ci.dll. The file is from the software called Alcohol which is literally from the Alcohol Soft Development Team. The program is about the conversion of Audio files on different formats. The file can by usually located in the C: directory under the Program Files folder. The file does not belong to the Windows core File. And has the ability to monitor the Internet Browser. The program automatically starts when the Personal Computer is started. But the user may temporarily cease the operation by the use of the Services utility located in the Control Panel. The user may have the options to remove the file if there are problems. The removal of the file may removed by removing the entire program in which the file is associated with. The removal process will done by the use of the Add/Remove Programs Utility located in the Control Panel of Microsoft Windows Operating System.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ci.dll. is used by Alcohol, If you shut down ci.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ci.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is Alcohol, from your system.
