The chpstart.exe file is an EXE application process that has been reported by many users as a malicious application with Trojan and spyware-like functionalities. These users claimed that the chpstart.exe process contacts these Web servers in order to download more malware components unto the system and upload covertly collected private information and Internet browsing data from the infected system and its default Web browser.
