The checksurlauncher.exe file is integrated with some of the applications from WinSE IDC Build Service Account, and there is also a variant of the checksurlauncher.exe process that comes bundled with certain Microsoft Windows versions and Service Pack distributions. Normally found in the system partition, the checksurlauncher.exe process initializes the corresponding program it is associated with, upon user execution. The checksurlauncher.exe file is also implemented with a digital signature from WinSE IDC Build Service Account, and this executable process calls upon associated program modules and other system files when it initializes upon user activation. The checksurlauncher.exe process may also access certain modular system resources during runtime, in order to provide users with the set of associated functionalities embedded into programs that are related to this EXE file.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. checksurlauncher.exe. is used by WinSE IDC Build Service Account or Microsoft Windows, If you shut down checksurlauncher.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop checksurlauncher.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is WinSE IDC Build Service Account or Microsoft Windows, from your system.
