What is  cfosspeed.sys

The cfosspeed.sys file is a driver utility used by the cFosSpeed software and is placed in the system upon the installation of this application, which is a Windows program classified as a client and server Internet connectivity optimization tool that was also designed with a set of features for maintaining high local and remote network data transfer rates. This can be integrated by the cFosSpeed software into the system while still improving the latency of each client and server computer's Internet connection. The cfosspeed.sys driver assists the cFosSpeed software in communicating with the relevant hardware devices of client and server computers and the Windows system itself, in order to integrate full compatibility support for the network and Internet connection functionalities of these hardware devices with the features of the cFosSpeed application.
