The ceiicon.dll file is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) module that is implemented into the system by the server and client security software products of CE-Infosys. As a DLL module, the ceiicon.dll file can accommodate simultaneous referencing requests from multiple applications that are actively running in the system, which means the ceiicon.dll file can be used by two or more CE-Infosys applications, which are Windows programs classified as network system security tools designed with a set of features for encrypting drives, directories, sub directories, files and folders that are stored in client and server systems, which can be remotely or locally connected to the same network. The ceiicon.dll module is specifically deployed into client and server systems as a resource library referenced by these CE-Infosys network security applications for integrating the CE-Infosys encryption cymbol into Windows Explorer, in order to flag drives, directories, sub directories, folders and files that have been secured with proprietary encryption technology and data protection functionalities by these CE-Infosys software products.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ceiicon.dll. is used by CE-Infosys Software Products, If you shut down ceiicon.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ceiicon.dll, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is CE-Infosys Software Products, from your system.
