The cdslicensemng.exe file is an EXE application process that is integrated into the system by the CDSpace software, which is a Windows program classified as a file management tool that was developed by Space International with a set of features for creating virtual drives in the system, converting CDs and DVDs into disk images in its proprietary LCD format and for reading ISO disk images among other virtual drive and disk image management options. The cdslicensemng.exe file is placed in the system upon the installation of the CDSpace software and assists this program in integrating its license management functionalities into the system, since the cdslicensemng.exe process is specifically deployed as the executable program dispatcher file of the CDSpace License Manager application, which is a small program built into the CDSpace disk emulation software.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cdslicensemng.exe. is used by CDSpace and CDSpace License Manager Application, If you shut down cdslicensemng.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cdslicensemng.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is CDSpace and CDSpace License Manager Application, from your system.
