What is  cdmyidd.dll

The file cdmyidd.dll, also known as MyIdentityDefender Toolbar, belongs to software safeSEARCH Toolbar by CyberDefender, which is a browser extension compatible with Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Mozilla Firefox. SafeSearch, a feature of Google Search, is a unique search engine that acts as an automated filter of pornography, potentially offensive content, and malicious websites that can harm the computer. It is enabled by default and filters web content, which means that it determines which content or website will be available to the user, and what content will be blocked. This browser extension features SafeSearch Lock that allows users of Google Chrome to lock on the "Strict" mode of SafeSearch in Google's Web, image, and video searches. The lock for the strict filter setting can be password-protected so that other users of the computer will not be able to change the setting. In this setting, the search result page displays "SafeSearch is locked" and colored balls appear behind it.
