The file cd20xrnt.sys is the official file for the IBM Portable CD-ROM Drive Miniport. It was licensed by Microsoft Windows Publisher2000. As a CD Rom drive, it’s main function was to access data stored in the CD. This CD Rom driver will be able to interpret the files in the CD and automatically determine the next action taken. While the Compact Disc was originally conceptualized for an enhanced musical experience, the CD has multiple purposes now. The CD Rom Driver will be able to accommodate all the present CD functions on its own. It will automatically launch a music player to play music files, open Image Viewer or Video player for Pictures and videos and they will also activate the installer for other drivers and programs.
