The cameramonitor.exe file, also known by another process name called GCameraMonitor.exe, is a component of ImageMixer, a video import and management program created by Pixela Corporation. Versions 3 SE, 3 SE Ver.5 Transfer Utility, 3 SE Ver.5, 3 SE for SD, 3 SE Ver.6 Transfer Utility, and 3 SE Ver.5 Transfer are all products of Pixela Corporation that include the file cameramonitor.exe. With this file, the program ImageMixer is enabled, and a user can import movies on the computer and manage them. Features of ImageMixed include playing back videos that are already stored on the computer, and discs originally created by the same program, which implies that a user can create discs through this software too. Other than video playback, a user can organize his or her videos in the library through date or file format. There is also the option to add effects, such as texts and transitions or animations, to videos. Changing the volume and adding narration or music are other features offered by this program. As a part of ImageMixer, cameramonitor.exe is a file that helps the program load or work properly to enable all those features and functions.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. cameramonitor.exe. is used by ImageMixer, If you shut down cameramonitor.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop cameramonitor.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is ImageMixer, from your system.
