The browster.dll module enables the users to view various documents along with other online file resources, and allows users to access data transmitted by servers in a private network. The file browster.dll was created to provide information to the user by the use of Internet resources, through fetching or retrieval, and this module also allows users to check the displayed information upon rendering them, and users can then directly visit the website through provided hyperlinks.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. browster.dll. is used by Internet Explorer, If you shut down browster.dll, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start.
