Brother Administration Timer or Brother BRAdminPro Scheduler is part of the drivers for Brother Professional printers. The file appears to be an update tool for the printer software, as well as an administrative tool for managing printers within a network. This does not appear to be the main executable for the printers, hence; it may be disabled. The process file is installed in the following folder path: C:\Program Files\Brother\BRAdmin Professional 3\bratimer.exe. The process runs as a Windows service. It has a run service name of “BRA_Scheduler.” Known file size is 64 kilobytes. The process executes through the Services and Controller app of Microsoft, with file extension of services.exe. The file uses an average of 0.00001927% of CPU resources. Its RAM size is 460 KB. File version 5.1.2600.196608 executes as a 32-bit program, compatible with Windows XP. Its average I/O read and write operations is 11 per minute. Committed memory utilization is 9.38 MB, with a minimum working set memory of 564 KB.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. bratimer.exe. is used by BRAdmin Pro Scheduler, If you shut down bratimer.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop bratimer.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is BRAdmin Pro Scheduler, from your system.
