The bittorrent.exe file refers to BitTorrent, a type of software that supports and enables peer-to-peer sharing of files. This program, which is a protocol, is also developed with the capability to distribute a large amount of data and information through the Internet. Considered as among the popular protocols, from the recorded Internet traffic of around 40 to 70% since 2009, BitTorrent had the most contribution in terms of peer-to-peer network sharing. Because it allows a user to distribute or download large files at the same time, BitTorrent is helpful to use. It definitely saves time and effort, which is why most computer users rely on BitTorrent.
