The b2cnotiagent.exe file is a process called as B2C NotiAgent LGMobile Application, which is also the name of the software that houses it. This software is digitally signed and created by LG Electronics. Once the program B2C NotiAgent LGMobile Application is installed, the file process b2cnotiagent.exe is stored and located in the folder C:\Documents and Settings or C:\Program Files. During the Windows startup, the program that includes the file is loaded, which can be evident in the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run. That is when it can be executed and run in the background. Although it does not have a visible window, the b2cnotiagent.exe file may be seen running in the task manager. It is also possible that other modules may call for that particular file in order to be initiated to enable their own functions. In other words, without b2cnotiagent.exe, the B2C NotiAgent LGMobile Application program may not properly function, regardless if there are other dependent modules.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. b2cnotiagent.exe. is used by B2C NotiAgent LGMobile Application, If you shut down b2cnotiagent.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop b2cnotiagent.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is B2C NotiAgent LGMobile Application, from your system.
