What is  averhidreceiver.exe

The averhidreceiver.exe file refers to the process called HIDRec Application that belongs to HIDRec Application or the DirectX10 LV software. The process file can be found in the subfolder C:\Program Files\Common Files. The most recent one is 1.0.0.6. The file executes as a standard process on Windows with the account privileges of the logged in user. The program adds a shortcut pointer on Start menu when installed. The average size of the file is 154KB. It is not CPU intensive. It will only use about 0.0003% of the CPU resources.
