Atomic Time Synchronizer is the service name used for the process ats.exe, which is an executable or EXE file, and a component of the software product labeled as AnalogX Atomic TimeSync or Atomic Time Synchronizer or Anti-Trojan Shield, which is created by LmhSoft or LmhSoft.com or 2002-2005 ATShield. The ats.exe file, which is digitally signed from AnalogX, LLC - VeriSign Time Stamping Services Signer - G2, is added into the computer system, once the program that houses it is successfully downloaded. The ats.exe file begins to run in the background, stored on a file folder, and registered into the Windows registry. As other modules or computer processes, the ats.exe file runs in certain versions of Microsoft Windows operating systems,including Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000, Windows NT, and Windows ME.

Most non-system processes that are running can be stopped because they are not involved in running your operating system. ats.exe. is used by AnalogX Atomic TimeSync or Atomic Time Synchronizer or Anti-Trojan Shield, If you shut down ats.exe, it will likely start again at a later time either after you restart your computer or after an application start. To stop ats.exe, permanently you need to uninstall the application that runs this process which in this case is AnalogX Atomic TimeSync or Atomic Time Synchronizer or Anti-Trojan Shield, from your system.
